How long should you let Blue Devil "sit" for? (gasket, engine)

I am trying to save my car's engine. I get it to the point where it is running really well. The goal is to keep it that way... Not even gonna try highway driving for awhile.

So. When the car runs as it should.. I turn it off.

But, how long should Blue Devil "cure" for?

Rule of thumb we use is 24 to 48 hrs. Good luck.
