I'm sure quite a few people in here have been guilty of driving with booze in their system.I'm not going to lie because I have done it myself. If one person in here supports this problem then there is something really wrong with that individual.I'm glad I grew up and no longer have the desire to do anything as stupid as this. This was something I did when I was quite young and very immature. It's just sad that alot of people never grow up and realize that this is a serious problem.Your car is the gun and you are the trigger.

Here's an idea...if you don't agree with supporting worthy cause, standing up for someone who was MOWED OVER by a DRUNK DRIVER, then why not keep your mouth shut?
Malice and/or Criminal Intent is NEVER established in ANY of these cases

It's an Accident

If it was your husband??

Should the Punishment include NO MORE DRIVING for 6 months to a year, and subsequent, job loss, poverty, your children starving??

It's an Accident Which part? Making the decision to drive while drunk, getting into the car, turning the key in the ignition, and driving off? Going up the off-ramp? Deciding which eye to keep open to prevent the double vision?

In Turkey, if a drunk driver kills someone, the sentence for the drunk driver is death. This country, and especially somes states (Wisconsin comes to mind), are WAY to easy on drunk drivers. Especially the first and second timers. As a OTR Driver, the scariest thing on the roads are drunk drivers. Not Snow, Not Ice, Not Even Fog concerns me as much. I look forward to the day when the entire country says enough is enough and just NO longer tolerates it. How and when this will happen, I do not know. I just know that the time for it is Overdue!!

Default Who here supports the idea that drinking and driving is ok???

Who here supports the idea that drinking and driving is ok???

What exactly does this question have to do with the tragic loss of life due to an accident??
