Jarce - if by "government", you mean someone from Nigeria who's calling them self as one, and by "selling", you mean you'll receive a big fat "cashier's check" in which you need to wire back the "difference" via Western Union to them ... uh, yeah - go right ahead.

But before any of that, please learn proper spelling and grammar first. You know - what they teach in elementary school ...

Jarce, there was a temporary program a couple of years ago ("Cash for Clunkers"), in which a limited number of older cars were eligible to be traded in on new cars, with the government subsidizing the trade in. It is now over, and today, the government will not help you in any way in terms of selling or trading your old car.
