Sadly this chick is not the first nor last stewardess, baggage handler, ground crew member, etc.... to be mixed up in drug trafficking.
As with rodents, the ones caught are only the tip of the iceberg, below the surface there are more, often many more.
Same time this flight attendant was being arraigned two baggage handlers who also worked out of LAX were also in the dock for drug smuggling.
