My favorite terminal is Detroit and Delta's terminal out there. Absolutely pristine and it's 15+ years old. Least favorite is Newark - that airport is a piece of garbage.

I would have included Harrisburg as a smaller airport. However, last time , they made me empty out all my carry on including my dirty underwear. LOL

The only drawback was the antiquated waiting areas (a lot like BUR).

The new terminals are nice but they're just not the old ONT.
Ha, ha, on remote parking in Chino. I only used remote if I was going to be gone longer than a week. Other times I just had someone drop me/us out front.

As far as the new terminals, your right, no nostalgia.

At least ONT has been released from the chains of LAWA and thing are gonna get better.

Good Lord.

Newark doesn't have free wifi?

I've flown out of tiny regional airports in the Midwest and California that had it!

Dallas Love Field. Easy in and Easy out.

Mostly everything is in the same area.

Charles DeGulle is the worst. It is an ugly confusing mess, and if you arrive early in the morning, there is not even a place to eat.

As for the US, I like JFK, PHL, and BWI. Washington's Dulles is so bad that I wouldn't fly there even if you paid me. It is worse than third world.
I never really had any bad experiences at Dulles, the only real downside to Dulles is the traffic going to/from there and the outdated mobile lounges you use to get to some of the gates. Now Philadelphia on the other hand I actually have found it to be one of the most mismanaged airports in the US. I had a layover there a couple years ago and I nearly missed my connecting flight after clearing US immigration/customs and going thru security again because the TSA agents themselves were so incompetent, not to mention the bathrooms were filthy.

The airport in Amsterdam was very impressive to me especially with its little mall area. I wish I could have had more time there.

That is a nice airport. Big City airports, probably DIA, especially with the rail link to downtown. But ORD is not nearly as bad as many think.
