Can anyone tell me anything about 22 s howard lofts or they maybe called rombro lofts in baltimore city. It appears they are right by the light rail. I have lived in the city before so noise is not that big of an issue. but i have read some of the reviews of other apartments close by where some renters complain about the light rail basically feels like it is running in your living room! rombro lofts i beleive were built as condos so maybe that have more sound proof structure? I do not know would like any suggestions about this community or if someone could recommend anything around howard st. charles street area around saratoga and cathedral. I would like to live in the city again just want to know what i am getting into before i sign another long lease... Thanks
