I would like to know some bars in the Inner Harbor that have a good "happy hour" menu, or restaurants. Either are fine, we just want to go and have a few drinks.

Thanks in advance!

The inner harbor is the main tourist area and I honestly don't go that often but ... I like La Tasca.

Baltimore folks don't go to the Inner Harbor. That being said, friends have told me Tir Na Nog is a lot of fun and has great food.

Houlihan's on the east side of the Harbor is an OK happy hour spot. Other than that, try either Harbor East, Fells Point, or Federal Hill. Each of these neighborhoods is a 5 to 15 minute walk from the Inner Harbor, and you will find many options there.

Peters on water st is probably the most famous happy hour around. Basically right in front of the courtyard by Marriott. Good drinks, good food, incredible French fries.

I never go to Baltimore and I only live 30 minutes away, I figured the Inner Harbor would be fun to stay the night in.

Thanks for the input y'all!

I would send you to Fells Point, if the weather's nice. Otherwise check out Talara on President Street in Little Italy. Amazing drinks and tapas with a South American flair. Think it rates high on the best bar/happy hour list for Bmore.

You will be bored at the Inner Harbor, unless you like chain restaurants....Cheesecake Factory, Dick's Last Resort, Uno's etc.

Check out the whole area via the free Circulator buses if you have the time.

Yes, that's what I'm worried about it walking around in the rain . . .

I'll have to check the buses out before I head out there, thanks!

I went to Talara just last Friday and I'm still thinking about the food. Good drinks too. Parked on the street for a few bucks.

Inner Harbor is boring.
