By far DC gets the top "people watching" award!!! All those beautiful international women...geesh!

Who in their right human mind, would want to people watch in Baltimore City?????!!!!

I'm not even going into a diatribe about this. Watching people in Baltimore is as fun as catching sunburn or watching chipped paint crack.

A good people watching experiment. Go over to The World Famous Lexington Market and people watch over there. You will witness some of the most outrageous, savage and ridiculous behavior this city has ever produced. This is not a white or black thing, because there are many whites (non-professional, most likely native) inhabitants shop at this market as well.

Question for Baltimoreans, does 'The Block' make for some eccentric people-watching? Looks like it probably would since from Google Streetview, it looks like a very small slice of 1988 Times Square or something lol.

Yes, it does. The last of the red light districts, a very small slice of 88' Times Square debauchery and hedonism. Not so much hedonism due to the fact metro police is right next door.. Smh! LOl

I remember Time Square in the 70's, before and after the blackout.
