The topography is a bit different, and some of the houses and bars in go right up against the water, all for he homes in Locust Point and Riverside are farther off the water. Riverside is actually on a hill. The homes in Fells were built in the 1800s, so less preparations were made for flooding and stuff. But the only time I recall flooding was during a pretty decent hurricane.

Their is a waterfront community in the Riverside area called Harbor View, but it was recently built, so every flooding and high tide precaution was taken.
