It's always good to see people fight for their neighborhoods. This is a step in the right direction. If the residents care and make enough noise, the city will respond. Good job.

Which is a shame... Since Baltimore how the most unique rowhouse communities in the entire country. Either way, this suppresses the concept that Baltimoreans care nothing about their city other than their "welfare" checks.

Yes it does. Some of the most beautiful row houses in the country. Could you imagine Reservoir Hill, Eutaw Place and Midtown built up and clean again?
