I was wondering if on 39th street between St. Paul and N Charles street there was any free all day parking. I was walking down that street the other day, and the only signs I saw were those black and white ones which prohibits parking during a snow emergency, but I think that was about it. Does anyone know if it would be safe to park a car there without getting it towed?

Thanks

I doubt it......if it is in the residential area check for residential signs. I'd think it's too close to Hopkins to be free. Also look for the meter boxes instead of the individual ones.
