You'd be surprised at who doesn't pay their water and sewer bills. It's not limited to poor people.

Man, if Baltimore was Nazi Germany, most Blacks in Baltimore would have been kicked out of their homes and shoved in prison work camps or lined up for execution. But, we live in a more civilized society now, so people are little bit more sophisticated in their intents and actions.

On the whole... yeah.

The game about to be played HERE... is something that fell into their laps.
I don't see it as being any sort of deep diabolical scheme of nefarious agendas.

But they'll definitely utilize the opportunity presented to make hay off of while they can.
Which also better describes "them" -- opportunists.

Here's to making hay!

This kinda grinds my gears knowing there are all these people who owe hundreds of dollars in months and months water bills, and the city came when I was out of the country last summer and turned the water off at my property when the $96 bill was late by a week.

What department decides on who gets a pass, and who doesn't? There seems to be no rhyme or reason for the operations of city's revenue division.

Got evidence? No? Didn't think so.

Actually, if you study history,
IH is correct. That's how fascism
rolled in Europe. Dictators had programs
like genocide and making humans the equivalent
of lab rats.

The reason citizens (anywhere in the U.S.)
are not rounded up is because we have been
classified as consumers therefore made a part
of the system. Notice it is only those who are
not consistent consumers (either through poverty
or refusal) who are harassed by the system.

When dictators could take over countries it was
usually when the economy was down and the effects
were felt by the average citizen.

I ain't buying that what you describe above is happening here. I want hard proof, not conspiracy theories. Back up IH_77's statement - can you?

Smh. I always hope you are being sarcastic.

I'm sure paying utility bills are a conspiracy designed to keep AAs from economically succeeding. Forget education, the destruction of the AA family, poverty cycles etc. It's all BGEs fault.

Can I buy you a tinfoil hat?
