Looking at property nearby, as I am considering a move to Baltimore! Thanks!

As a general rule, you're better off east of Martin Luther King Blvd. or Russell Street than west of them.

What zip codes would you buy/live in?

Thanks!

Zip codes are too broad to help you. For example, the 21202 zip code contains both the National Aquarium and some very, very bad areas along the lower portion of Greenmount Avenue.

What you want to do is figure out how far "walking distance" to Camden Yards is for you, then look at what's available in those areas. Neighborhoods to consider include Otterbein, Federal Hill, and downtown. Pigtown is also a close walk, though it wouldn't be my choice as a place to live. Like I said . . . your best bet is to stay east of MLK Blvd.

Yes, that's one of the places I was thinking of too, but for some reason I just couldn't remember its name!

I second Otterbein, but there was a violent assault on one of the Otterbein Swim Club's lifeguards one night leaving the pool after closing by three individuals (caught and locked up).

A big chunk of Federal Hill is within a ten minute walk of the stadium.
