We will be in Baltimore for one day only on March 21st.

What would your go-to thing to do if you had a day in Baltimore?
Where would you eat?

All adults, not into drinking or partying
We like 'touristy' things

Just hang around the Inner Harbor. There is enough to do there for a one-day trip. Plenty of restaurants but I don't have a specific recommendation. There is the Aquarium, an Art Museum, the Museum of Industry, and you could hop a ride on the water taxi.

If you’re driving I would skip the Inner Harbor. You will be attacked by an army of squeegee kids going in and going out. Try Fort McHenry but make sure you take the Key Highway exit off 95.

Inner Harbor is a good place to visit, probably the Aquarium, Science Museum, maybe Fells Point. Lunch at Cross St Market is decent and very tourist friendly. Fort McHenry is a good place to visit, could see the Baltimore Museum of Industry or American Visionary Art Museum.

Drive 35 miles south and spend the day in DC, Baltimore is every bit as bad as you’ve heard it is.

I second West Side's Post. Maintainschaos covered the bases for one day.

This is very simple, but ride to the top of The World Trade Center's Observation Floor. Can easily do this one, and still do everything else. Even get an idea where you might like to go from a few hundred feet above the city.

Depends on how good of shape you are in but you could wander over to Edgar Allen Poe's Grave.

And you could even see the Peabody Library.

So many miss those last two because they are hidden in plain site......although your time will be limited they could be the next trip.

So I poked around and found this....https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ghost-h...ts-88401845299

Okay..........

The inner harbor is fine. Lots to do for one day. Restaurants, aquarium, museums, historical buildings. Tons of tourist things for one day.

Just go to the top of the World Trade center. It's right there. The Kona Grill is popular. Little Italy is another place to eat that's not far. As is Harbor East. Harbor East, and Fells Point are next to each other. And they would be my picks.

(There isn't much left Historic building wise around the Inner Harbor, Harbor Place. The Power Plant is about it in the immediate vicinity. You would have to go up to places like St Paul Street, or further up on Charles ST, or just across from President St, which you won't have time for)

I think we decided on the National Aquarium.
Question though,
When looking at tickets online it states we choose a time as well.

Can we just get tickets when we arrive at the aquarium or does the timing really matter?
