Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum. I would like your opinion about West Baltimore Street.

The school on West Baltimore Street would be near Hollins Market and the University of Maryland Medical Center. Also, I think I heard Poppleton is up and coming although I don't how fast.

I would welcome it. However, I am not sure if it's a good location for that type of business. Maybe you can promote self defense courses or the fact that martial arts is a sort of exercise?

Good luck.
