Hi, I was thinking about moving to baltimore, but after reading all of this stuff I was appauled to say the least. What is wrong with baltimore. The murder rate is crazy high, and who knows how many people are shot an live. Whats going on with this city, how hasn't the city official declared a state of emergency. I feel really bad for the innocent people who have to live in this type of sh**. Is it possible for me to visit and not have to worry about getting shot??? Is the crime localized to the "hoods"? I don't know whats going on in this city, but as an outsider I can say that I believe that it's time for the federal government to step up to the plate.
