My husband and I are 21 and 22 and currently thinking about moving to Baltimore from a town about 40 minutes outside of Philadelphia. We're looking for a fun, urban neighborhood with lots to do near by. The catch is that my 16 year old brother lives with us to so we really need the neighborhood to be safe. We would like to buy something and our price range is 250-400k (the lower end is preferred) Are there any suggestions that might fit the requirements?

Plenty neighborhoods in the city to choose from. Refer to the "sticky" at the beginning of the thread. Your 16 year-old brother still in school? If so, unless his grades are good enough to get into City or Poly, he would have to attend a public high school in the city which may not be to hot.
