I cannot answer your question, but one of my greatest baseball memories is of him using body English to keep his game-winning home run fair in the '75 Series.

I have always been a fan of Pudge. great all around catcher, don't know what he' up too these days though.

he is from vermont, and i think he may still be around here because i have seen him pop up in the news quite a few times at fundraisers and such.

Remembering Sparky Anderson's demeaning remark during the '75 Series, I was elated when Fisk broke Bench's home run record for catchers.

I seem to recall Fisk having things to say about Yastrzemski's perceived lack of hustle back in the 70s. His rivalry with Thurman Munson was one for the ages. Two great catchers on two great teams... Fisk was as competitive as anyone who ever played. It really sucked to see him go to the White Sox, though I'm sure White Sox fans would disagree. Probably one of the all-time ten best at his position.
