I never thought I'd see a day where this would be happening. I've always considered him one of the better players the Braves have. But if he needs to get fixed, then he should.

What he needs to do is be more patient at the plate.

I don't think he ever going to learn, he tried to outdrive Tiger Woods on the golfcourse. I am glad that he's out of the lineup because he's been an automatic out and I really don't think he wants to be a Brave. To much too fast. He can only hit fastballs, if it's offspeed than he's toast. Jeff is nowhere near David Wright but he wants that type of money.

thank you!!! FINALLY a smart braves fan, lol jk. i agree though, the guy was more of an automatic out than a threat.

I read that he didn't really agree with being sent down but how can he be upset with the Braves staff? It's his fault that he can only hit one type of pitch, it's his fault that he can't pick up anything from the vets on this team. Jeff is just like Vick, lots of natural talant but is scewed up in the head. The fact that he's playing alongside a great hitter (C. Jones) and has not gotten any better lets me know that the guy can't be told anything, but yet he think he's on Wright's level. I wish we'd trade him already (that's just the anger speaking).

I have a great idea....the Phillies have a pitcher in Brett Myers that has a lot of potential talent but is screwed up in the head, and the Braves have Francouer, who has talent and may need a change of scenery. Why don't the Phils and Braves swap Myers and Francouer?
I've always liked Francouer, he always seemed to hit good in Philly.

yea for real man, The dude is whining and said "he lost his respect for the Braves", his OBP is .287!!! that is downight pathetic. Not too mention he's slugging .374, which is miserably bad. I think he let the fact that he's "homegrown" blind him, same thing can be said about Braves fans, now.....Brian Mccann is having a terrific season and always seemed a little bit more modest than Jeff, glad to see Mccann doing good
