Agent: Ilgauskas to sign with Miami Heat

Agent Herb Rudoy says the veteran center expects to sign a two-year contract later this week. The terms have not been finalized, but Rudoy says "we've agreed to agree."

Rudoy says Ilgauskas has told Cleveland owner Dan Gilbert and Cavaliers general manager Chris Grant of his decision.

I remember Cavs fans being upset when he was traded before - and happy when he returned. At this point, they are probably saying - WHATEVER, IT'S OVER ANYWAY

Miami can only be doing this to rial up Cavs fans. Big Z is beyond over the hill and I seriously doubt he would average more than 4 points per game with lots of playing time.

Honestly this whole thing reminds me of what's going on btw Calipari and Pitino. Since Cal got to UK he has literally tried to steal away all of U of L's recruits or committed players, even over a 2 star point guard!!

He averaged more than 4 points a game last year coming off the bench. While no longer an all-star, big Z is a decent big man and isn't going to be stationed in the offensive post which helps open up lanes for d wade and bron. What they really need is a defensive big, and Z won't help them enough on that end.
