Post up their cap situation after all these trades then.

Spurs locked up Parker with a "multi year extension".
Tony is gonna follow Tim, Manu, and David by retiring with the spurs. You can bet tony didn't ask for a max deal either.

Only 1 contract of importance to take care of, kawhi Leonard. And be sure he's not going to make free agency.

parkers deal apparently looks like the minimum increase possible.

Quote:
Per Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, the deal is worth up to $45 million over three years, which would keep the point guard in town through the 2017-18 season.
It appears the extension Parker has signed is for the veteran maximum, which means 107.5 percent of the previous year’s salary, which is $12.5 million in this case. If the contract is backloaded, these are the likely year-to-year details, assuming the maximum 7.5 percent raises of the first year of the extension:
2015-16: $13,437,500
2016-17: $14,445,312
2017-18: $15,453,124
spurs doing spurs things.

Kawhi is expected to sign an extension before October 31st.

He's the only major piece left.

Now if they can just stay healthy for 2 years in a row....

Bulls v. Spurs Finals? We need to get a bet down on this one.

I know a great BBQ place in KC that will ship food.

The best player in the NBA went back to Cleveland because he believe with the right additions and a new coach they will have a good shot at the finals.

If they get Love and maybe another power guy, scorer etc they will win the East.

James is not stupid, he returned home as a smart political like move but he wants to win. If he did not think Cleveland would not be making some moves I do not think he would have returned.

If he gets the Cavs deep into the playoffs and or to the finals he will look like the smartest man alive.

I just do not see the Spurs getting back again. Age is killing them and smart playing got them another ring. But even those old legs of Manu, Tim and Parker are about gone. Not much left in those three.

Still have done well despite injuries etc but dont see them repeating.
