Would be interesting if he left.

It's a bit surprising, then, to learn that Wade could be on his way out of South Beach this summer. While Wade opted out of the final two seasons of his contract last summer (worth $41.6 million) to take a cheaper two-year deal (worth $31 million) that would help Miami add other players, the new agreement included an early termination option for this offseason.

Anyone giving him $18-20 mil at this point in his career is a fool.

You'd be lucky to get 40 games from him each season.

Agree. It's difficult to know how much he has left, but at this point in his career he's not worth nearly that much. He was very good this season, but last season injuries rendered him mostly ineffective, esp in The Finals.

I think he's probably worth about $10 mil/season.

Dwade should join Lebron in Cleveland.

I don't think he's too happy with LeBron for bailing on him in Miami and if he went to Cleveland, would look like he's trying to ride LeBrons coat tails. He'll go to Chicago before Cleveland

As a life long Miami Heat fan that would be heresy! Dwayne Wade is our rock and led us to 3 Championships!
Lebron stabbed him in the back by leaving and the only reason the Cavs are in the Finals is because of him who basically scored half their points all through out the playoffs!
Cleveland would be nowhere with out him.

Exactly, he would look so foolish following Lebron back to Cleveland when he was one of the main reasons the Heat won three titles. He is at the point of his career where he doesn't need to follow anyone since he can have the front office build around him.

He seems to be in a decent position in Miami. If they get Bosh/McRoberts back, Whitesides gets a little better,
and they get a full season with Dragic maybe they'll contend.
