Plus, his offensive boards would likely be crap. The high school team could keep 1 of the 5 players at the other end of the court at all times to catch rebounded balls that get lobbed up court.
On the other hand, Jordan would have no trouble scoring. He either get fouled constantly (blocking fouls most likely - the thought of a poor high schooler trying to stay in front of him lmao) or he'd keep burning them with crossovers.
Typical debates involved Mike Ditka versus a hurricane—in this particular debate, the Superfans believed that Ditka could defeat the hurricane, until it was revealed that the name of the hurricane was Hurricane Ditka, at which point Todd O'Connor had a heart attack out of confusion); who would win in a competition for World Domination—"Da Bearss" or "Da Bullss";

One episode asked the outcome of the Bulls/Pistons game where Todd said the Bulls would win 402–0—but Jordan would be held to under 200 points. Todd usually predicted shutouts. During the first episode, he predicted that the Bears would defeat the Giants by a score of 79–0, claiming that "the Bears' defense is like a wall. You can't go t'rough it." (The Giants won the actual game, 31–3.)

Pat once predicted the Bears would win their game by a score of 31 to negative-7. When asked how a team could end up with negative points, Todd replied, "Ditka'll find a way."

One episode featured a Jeopardy!-like game show, pre-empting the Bearless, and therefore unimportant, Super Bowl, starring Bob Swerski as host and the other Superfans as contestants. All the questions dealt with the Chicago Bears, Chicago, or Mike Ditka. The Final Jeopardy! question was "Bears vs. Bulls," which produced hilarious responses from the contestants. The correct answer was revealed to be that such a match-up would tear the fabric of the space-time continuum and destroy the planet, meaning the United Nations would have to step in prior to the match to prevent the mass destruction.
The only chance he'd have is to hit 38 footers. Otherwise he'd have to get all the way back on defense (assuming a full court).
Half court then he may have a chance, he'd just have to protect the paint and give up the 3. He would then decide to play on ball; or target their best player. He should have an advantage in height assuming this is just an average HS team; where the avg. height is under 6 feet.
Like other's have said, HSers would have a tough time guarding him and would most likely foul often.

It would basically come down to stats. Jordan (or any pro) would have an 90% chance of scoring in the paint, with probably a 60-70% chance from 3. On every single possession.
Because of his height and skill, he should also have an advantage in rebounding.
An average HS team probably shoots worse than a pro unguarded from every position, scoring 50% (generous) from 2, and <30% from 3.
Jordan in half court, should have more possessions at a higher percentage than an average HS team.
