60 points against the Lakers back in 2006

YouTube - Gilbert Arenas 60pts vs. LA Lakers

i'm going to be real, this IS the first time i've seen this guy play, 2 years ago i wasn't a fan of the NBA as i am now, watching this video of this guy go through the Lakers defense (and against Kobe) has impressed me alot, i already became a fan of this guy from watching 2 or 3 clips in youtube.

What are your thoughts on this guy?

The key point of your post was BACK IN 2006. Gilbert put up some great performances against the Cavaliers in the playoffs that season too. Unfortunately for Gilbert, he's had some knee/injury problems that have really slowed him up the past couple seasons, and it remains to be seen if he'll ever regain the form he once had. Think the NBA would be better off w/him getting back to that place, would definitely make the Wizards more of a player in the East.

Anyone remember his 50-point guarentee in 2007? and he only scored 9 points.

I think he once claimed he could beat the entire Duke basketball team by himself, he was upset that Coach K cut him from the '06 USA team.

All I can think of when I think of this guy is someone who just has a big mouth.

True.

the same can be said for tracy mcgrady, his back spasm and injuries has caused him alot of games missing.

i just hope they both return from their injuries.

I'll give you a pass on that, since Robert Parish wore double-zero ("00").

Right now, being Agent 0 only means that he is a...zero.

If I didn't know better, I would have had no idea he was still in the league with what little I heard of the Bullets (Yes, I call them the Bullets.) when I was at a conference in the DC area a couple months back.
