We purchased in Fern Forest on Leila off of Ala Kapena, working with Adam Veloria from Hawaii Life, you can probably google him. We met some neighbors and we are looking forward to building. It's a nice small community there on the fringe of civilization and the same road as the volunteer fire station and roads folks. We were planning to visit in February/March for survey and staking, but had a terrible family tragedy recently. Check it out and let us know where you land.
