Do you know which district or which side of the island you will be looking? Kona realtors are not too interested in dealing with Puna for instance. I would go with someone who lives or works in the area you’re interested in.

Danny Ishikawa was our realtor when we bought our place. He's in Honokaa and drove us all over the island in pouring rain and never once complained. He's great and I highly recommend him! He's our 'go to' realtor and has become a good friend as well.
