You've essentially got 2 companies - Pasha and Matson - with Matson being much larger. I've shipped multiple cars out of the Bay Area and LA (cars I've moved with (Bay Area) and I usually buy new in LA and ship to Hawaii) and found Matson to be very easy. I'm sure Pasha is the same.

We drove our cars to Long Beach ourselves, so didn't need a middleman. I've heard good things about Kona Car Guy. Maybe you could post on Konaweb for some more input.

I think Pasha will pick up from home - but a better option if you can do it is give power of attorney to a family member or friend and have them drop it off - much cheaper. Pay your friend or family members via dinner and Uber. Pick up from home is expensive - and you might get the Ferris Bueller treatment
