Long story short, my 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD was went out in a blaze... literally.
I am thinking about getting a CPO 2013 BMW 328i xDrive with 43k.
I've done all the maintenance on my Acura and I plan on doing the same on the next car.
Is there any reason why I should not buy a 328i xDrive?

Nope. I just bought a '15 328i xDrive CPO myself. From the research I did, the maintenance will be a little more than my previous car, but not by a substantial amount. If something big goes, it will be expensive, but that is how it is with any car these days.
