I was thinking you could hire some folks through a church, and I doubt anyone you are paying would mind if you are agnostic! That is why I said it could be a win-win, probably some folks in a church could use the extra money, you need the extra help, and going through church leadership with a local church gives you some sort of accountability. However you get assistance, I hope it goes really well and that you will tell us you got there safe.
