A lot of people don't like Dan Brown, but I just take it for what it is, and find it to be quite enjoyable.

Anyway, his new book is released on May 14th, and will again feature Robert Langdon.

Side Note: If you enjoy Dan Brown, check out James Rollins - Their books remind me of each other.

'Inferno', New Dan Brown Book About Dante, Out On May 14th

I didn't like the one James Rollins book I read (Excavation) - I felt like the history took a back seat to the horror elements and I feel Brown's novels provoke more questions and discussions.

Looking forward to Inferno though, already have it on preorder.

I loved the first two, but wasn't a huge fan of the Lost Symbol. Hopefully this one will be good!

I also loved the first two but not Lost Symbol. I am about 80% of the way through Inferno now, and IMO, it's as good as Davinci Code and better than Angels and Demons. I'm having a hard time putting it down.

I just finished it. It was pretty good, I don't think it was as good as his others though.

There are a lot of good books in the world. This isn't one of them.

This is the best review of Dan Brown books that I have ever read:

Don’t make fun of renowned Dan Brown - Telegraph

The review was great! I'd never say Dan Brown is a great author, but I do enjoy reading his books. I can't help but laugh when I tell my husband, "I've just got to read one more chapter. The last one left me in suspense and I have to find out what happened. I'll start dinner in a few minutes." One hour, and four chapters later, I finally come to a chapter than ends on a calm enough note that I can put the book down.

True, he has a style of his own, and all of his books are very much alike. They're fun and I'll keep reading them.
