People Chelsea Is Bad But I've Never Been In A Drive By Here But Survived Many In New York City, I v'e Been Here For 21 Yrs My 3 Children Are Chelsea High School Graduates And That Includes One Of My Daughter Who Has Downs, I Have A Grandson Whose 6 yrs old An My Granddaughter Just Turn 1, Iv'e Been Reading Many Forums About Chelsea,And Many Are Looking To Move Somewhere Safe And Clean, And As Parents We Tend To Protect Our Children As Best We Could And I Do Understand The Frustration And The Impact That It Has On Our Daily Lives, No Change, No Hope No Future!No Help An Many Have Left In Disgust,And Many Do not Want To Get Involved In Their Neighborhoods Or Community.So Next Time Your Out And About And You See An Addict Nodding, Don't Cover Your Children's Eyes,Use That Person As An Example Of Drug Life,Point To That Person An Tell Your Kids While Pointing To The Addict "That's What Drugs Do To You And Drugs Kill.Look At Child And Let Them Know That You Love Them More Than Anyone In The World And If Something Is Wrong They Can Come And Confide In You.Because Saying No Is Not Good Enough Anymore.Let Your Children Know That Drugs Kill.We Need To Turn The Tables Around In Our Favor For The Benefit Of Our Family Friends And Our Children.I Tell You This Because This Is What I Told My Son When We Lived In New York City,And He Asked Me What Was Wrong With That Person Who Was "Nodding".He Just turned 36 And He Doesn't Use Or Even Hang With People Who Smokes Weed,He Told Me No One Can Live Without Lungs.When Your Ready To Fight For The Change That Chelsea Needs I'll Stand Firm With You, It Is Easier To Build Strong Children,Than To Repair Broken Men.

Chelsea has done a lot to improve and is far from the 10th worst city today. the tax restructuring and arrival of the fbi and silver line has made a differenc3. it's actually really nice in many parts and a great deal for rent compared to most areas. I don't get all the hate. It is 2017 not 1995. Chelsea is changing and many areas are really quite nice.
