Dude is also not Latino, hes Cape Verdean. Based of the Portuguese names and the fact that he looks 100% African American.

Someone mentioned that he's from New Bedford. He's actually from Brockton.

That's disturbing. I had heard earlier a body was found and didn't think much of it but the fact that it was stuffed into a blue bin and put on a grocery cart sounds pretty intentional. Hopefully there are cameras around to tell more of the story.

The area where this body was found is not all that far from melnea cass where there are many homeless/troubled people. I wouldnt be surprised if it was someone hanging around there...but who knows Im just guessing.
