Hello all,

Does anyone know of any brand new apartments with units that have yet to be leased that are ready for move-in in the Denver/Boulder area?

I've found Verve and Cadence Union Station in Denver.

Apex 5510 and Solana 3100 Pearl in Boulder.

I would like to sign a one-to-three month lease in either of these areas to get a better feel for the areas before committing to a permanent move.

Any opinions on these area is also welcomed!

Thanks!

I know of one in Gunbarrel (northeast of Boulder), they are still being built. Gunbarrel Center Apartments

Gunbarrel is not Boulder at all, though, as far as feel of the neighborhood, so not sure if this works.

Most apartments don't give month-to-month leases, never heard of 3 month leases either. The apartment vacancy rate is very low in Boulder - doubtful any complex would go for that. I would advise you to sublet but you said "brand new" so that probably won't work. Sorry!

Teh husband and I have had to spend several long chunks of time (2-3 months) in Boulder this winter for family reasons. We found lots of places on VRBO that had monthly rates, and only had to bring a suitcase. Might that work? I have to say, it's certainly been informational if we were ever to decide to have a place there. I absolutely adored the area I thought I'd like least..
