How come nobody is talking about this? It was a huge upset that Ward so easily dominated Kessler.

How about the lack of heart Kessler showed after the fight saying that Ward cheated and that the refs and judges were unfair?

I think now the Super Six rankings are as follows:
1 (tie). Andre Ward
1 (tie). Arthur Abraham
3. Andre Dirrell
4. Carl Froch (didn't deserve the win)
5. Mikkel Kessler
6. Jermain Taylor (will get KO'd again when he fights Ward)

Kessler got outclassed but there were a couple of headbutts which caused cuts & which eventually stopped the fight, could have been intentional on Wards part.

Kessler needs to stop whining & go take classes from a master like Duran on how to fight dirty.

He was being dominated long before the Head-Butts. I lost a lot of respect for him, as I did with Carl Froch in his opening round match. Abraham is the only non-American fighter who showed heart, balls and class in his fight so far in the tourney.

I still hold out hope that Bute will replace Taylor before the next round.

I hope and think that Abraham will win this thing. I do not like Froch, he's arrogant and cocky and not all that great. Kessler should have shown more class at the end of the fight. While the headbutts may or may not have been intentional, and the ref did a lousy job, there are always things that a fighter can do to improvise in the ring and overcome those obstacles. He didn't have the skills to do that and he was revealed as a one dimensional fighter to those who didn't know before. Ward did not impress me at all. Anyone skilled boxer would have caved his face in the way he lunges in with his punches while his face is wide open. He's not a very balanced fighter either, but the super-middle weight division is not loaded with talent so that's a good place for him to shine for a little while.

I didn't see this fight and frankly I'm not ready to declare Ward an impressive fighter. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if Ward intentionally headbutted Kessler once or twice. I've never heard of Kessler being a whiner either. Something wasn't right. This fight should not have been this easy for Ward.

I'm rooting for Abraham to expose Ward as an overrated fighter.

I saw this fight was shocked. I thought Ward was the weakest of the six fighters in the tournament but he seemed to outclass Kessler. Everyone who's ever fought knows that styles makes fights so lets see how Ward does in his next fight. Abraham and Froch are the strongest in the tournament imo.

I'll agree about Abraham, but not Froch. He looked awful against Dirrell.

I hope Taylor drops out and Bute takes his place...
