Hi, Sorry this reply is a little late and yes you can see the sell for prices of IRCC units at the Brevard County Tax office online, You can search by address, subdivision name, and owners name. Also, during my research on this subdivision I came across a very helpful video. There appears to be extremely heavy flooding on the Viera side of IRCC. However, this has not stopped me from keeping this place on my list of considerations.

Default Re Brevard County tax office

When I get to that site, I'm lost. Where do I go to find the sold for prices on units? By the way, the flooding situation is definitely something to consider. When you say the Viera side, is that the northern section? Thanks.

PS Have you ever been to IRCC? Do you know anyone who lives there now?

Yes, I did visit IRCC twice before Huricane Fay struck. I thought the grounds were lovely but the homes seem outdated and rooms on the small side. Keep in mind the larger the floorplan the higer the monthly fes.

As far as the Viera side location, I suggest you Google Freedom or Demorcracy Dr(?) since I remember those streets were on the Viera side near the Gate of the Weustenhoff medical building.

Reminded me of nice base housing but not the Active adult resort style communities that are being offered in today's age. Plus the initial entrance fee is a tad high in this economy. Check out the BrevardMLS there are a LOT of them for sale.

Yes, there are lots and lots of them for sale and all in the low $100's. The fees per month range from $500-$1000 and you are forced to buy things you may not need. Although a very clean nice neighborhood it is older and outdated. I agree with the last two people who mentioned heritage isle. You can get homes in the low $100's there too but they are much newer and nicer. Both are located in the suntree/viera area so both are in a great location.
