There is pretty much unknown to general public unit, called breath form. Breath form controls development of a body to be via its form component. Breath gives it life. Akin to the form plane of the physical world, where all forms, designs for anything that becomes manifested on the physical, or solid, plane of the physical world, exist - form component of the breath form is recording of what that body will be. It carries mark of all the previous Self existences on Earth. Form carries all necessary design for a particular existence to come, for this particular Self, as it is marked and bound by it and to it.
Form of the breath form controls what DNA does. Furthermore, it controls entire process of the construction of complex organism, called human body. In this respect, form is its production manager, completing that production from the moment of conception to the last breath.
Surely, one may point out that disease A prevails under a DNA such and such set up. But, in reality, DNA such and such set up is simply physical manifestation of a particular form line on form of the breath form. A rpresentation of groove of recording, that DNA needle reads from.
Breath form is, same time, a record of all the featured this body will have, including family to be born into, country, social rank, health, mental capacities and so on and so on. All diseases to come are recorded on it and executed by it.

Breath form is "destiny principal", maker, for that particular human.

No no no. Its numbering-ology. The number you are born at, along with a concatenation of planets, is what tells the DNA what to do. Your entirely made up thing is too complicated. My made up thing is easier to understand.
