CLarence NY (Buffalo: houses, neighborhood, to buy)

Hello,

I am about to buy a house in Clarence in the neighborhood Martha's Vineyard. While I really like the house and the neighborhood, I don't know much about the neighborhood and the price I am paying is MUCH higher then the houses were selling last year. I know things have gone up A LOT this year, but I was wondering what people thought of the neighborhood and what was a good price for a home there? No I don't have a realtor......THanks!
