Why argue it the real question should be is anyone being denied the option to live in a locality based on their race? That's the real legacy in the south that has faded over the years. Look at Nassau/Suffolk at #11 its segregated but by economics more than race, does anyone really care what the race of your neighbor is when they are buying a $600K home...

We have been to the Niagara Area, USA n' Canadian side 3 times in our lifetime and in the recent last 10 years.

We always fly to Buffalo from Florida, get a rental car and head north...The very 1st time and only time we did this, we drove straight North to the exit for The Falls, NY and drove west all the way to the bridge across to Canada...the American side was ran down with no noticeable areas to visit (Away from the Falls of Course), therefore the next 2 trips we went N to the River and Circled that into the Canadian side of the Falls, where we have always stayed.

We always thought why is the Canadian Side so plush in comparison with the US Side ?? Couldn't they use the Tourists ??? And push for their backyard beauty ???

Just curious, but no yellow !!!
