Just came across this a minute ago, I'll add:

Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo, 695 Elmwood Avenue. Finished in 1906, Gothic Revival style, architect Edward Austin Kent, who died when the Titanic sank.

Nat'l Register Of Historic Places, etc. etc.
