Gyms in the southtowns (Hamburg, Orchard Park: sale, how much, house)

Any suggestions on good gyms in the southtowns? If they have PT (that you hire session-by-session), that would be nice.

I use World Gym in Hamburg & am very happy with it. There is also a Golds in Hamburg & a Snap Fitness in OP but I couldn't tell you a thing about them.

I see PT's all the time but I don't know whether they work for WG or an outside company?

Thanks. Is World Gym 24/7? What are the fees and do they have PT (and how much do they cost)?

I know the BAC has an Orchard Park location as well.

Didn't see official in house Private Training but there was a sign up for some one doing it privately. No idea on their rates.

They updated the special to take away the expires on 5/10 but left the prices the same

24 hrs from Monday at 5am - Friday 10pm, 7-7 Saturday & 7-6 Sunday. I pay $14/month but they always have different promotions going on. I really couldn't tell you anything regarding PT's as Ive never used one.
