I'm working on running my business from home (or rather from mobile) and I was wondering what tools you guys used to do your normal work or communicate with your teams and stuff. Also, do you have stuff that works on coordinating teams across timezones? Even just 3 hours time difference for a conference call can be pretty bad.

I generally got by with a phone and computer except when in the middle of a critical implementation when having two phones and two computers was important. Numerous conference calls were my norm and I never had a big issue with up to four timezones but it was often a hassle when overseas timing had to be considered. Long days were the norm when you must deal with east coast early and west coast late and I was in CDT which helped.
