(4) If you can own something of great value, what would it be?

I would own an island off the coast of California, and an island off the coast of Florida.

Each island would be able to accomodate 10,000 people in a 3 day period.
There would be world class:clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, marinas, spas, concerts, etc.
There would be an ever-presence of dolphins, exotic fish and birds, and even whales. Making this place a great place to swim and dive.
Every building will be environmental friendly.
Has 5 star hotels and private homes.
Celebrities most likely to see: Bill Gates, Oprah, Beyonce, the First Famliy, Jay Z, 50 Cent, Lady Gaga, Meagan Good, Robert Downey Jr., etc.
Totla celebrities seen: 417
Rated #1 vacation spot by Forbes Magazine.
Dubbed "the Hollywood" of islands by People Magazine
The cost to come here will be $750 via cruise ship.
Each island has Approx. 1,216,666 visitors per year
Each island books $912,500,000 from visitors per year

Cruise ships to get to the island

I'll own the San Jose Sharks, then relocate the team to a state if the art facility in Downtown Oakland, around Jack London Square.

That way, Oakland would have not only a NBA, NFL, and MLB team, but a NHL team as well.

[quote=Stephen1110;16297263](1) If you can own 3 properties in your city, which 3 would they be?

Okay, I'll play!

I live in Mission Viejo, so...
The Taco Bell down the street, a CVS pharmacy so I can lower the prices, and the apartment complex I live in so I can install central air.

(2) If you can own a city, which city would you own?

Sedona, Az.

(3) If you can own 3 properties in ANY city, which 3 would they be?

The Sundial Bridge in Redding, The Hollywood Bowl, and a big plot of land somewhere in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan!

(4) If you can own something of great value, what would it be?

A Subaru outback... it sure would be nice to drive a car that doesn't
regularly hydro plane in the rain!

Cheers!
