Im going camping there next month, what kind of fun things are there to do in that part of California? and are there any caves?

You're going camping in November? Apart from trying to stay warm and dry, the "fun" things to do are fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking if it's not too rough. Don't know about caves. There are a couple of restaurants in Shelter Cove but I don't know if they're open that time of year. The Garberville-Redway Chamber of Commerce may have info, 707 923 2613. Good luck!

The Lost Coast, while a great place, is not a place to get caught by weather, or tides.

My first question to you, is, are you aware of the relationship between tides and death on rocky coastlines?

Fishing, yep. Be sure you have a current CA fishing license.

Otherwise, November is a quiet time in those parts. And the weather isn't so great.
