Good one

Good old CA - LOL

So slow to really put 2 + 2 together in life. How else does a state with so many work skills actually become such a big loser ... such a big failure.

Nothing like going down the wrong path to the wrong destination. Total lack of vision.

I observe southern states to be inefficient. Electricity costs in southern California are about triple those of Alabama. CA electricity is tiered but anything above the minimum is around $0.20 per kw-hr. Huntsville is a flat $0.07 per kw-hr. When a commodity is cheap there is less incentive to save.

Well I, for one, hope that keeps Caifornians warm when the lights go out.

Would the last person leaving kindly close the door to keep out the draft.

On a serious note, I find that commendable and compelling about California but not so great if it destroys the business climate but for green which won't sustain the entire state.

Not so sure I trust ACEEE's (?) figures when three states come in at No. 43 and ND is No. 51.
