This is good news. When NUMMI shutdown and thousands of people lost their jobs, the future looked pretty dim for the facility. I just drove by the other day and saw that Tesla seems to be up and running there also, based on the huge TESLA sign they have up on the front of the building. This won't replace all the lost jobs, but it's definitely a step in the right direction.

I look forward to seeing the NUMMI plant become the nexus of the electric car industry.

Very good news.
CA has been losing MANY jobs to Canada and - while I have nothing against Canadians - I'm glad to see the jobs going in the other direction for once.

Why would these jobs go to Canada? Everyone knows that Americans make the best Japanese cars. We just can't produce any good American cars.
