Hi, I am looking to move to Palm Springs and I am an EU Citizen. I understand that if i am not looking to work i can enter on the B2 Visa for (i believe ten years(which is renewable) but would need to leave and reenter the US every 6 months. Has anybody else experienced this, are there any issues that i should be aware of? I am looking to buy a property and therefore want to make sure there will be no difficulties remaining in the US for the majority of the time.
