A gallon of gas has jumped 16 cents in the past week from $2.50 to 2.66. A barrel of oil is under 40.00. Sounds like greed to me.

Nope, as I am in the USA and have a better life in general as I do not need to spend every dime on housing, gas, taxes and fees. CA, other than housing on the coast, is far more expensive than it needs to be. Why?
