Which would you say has more white collar jobs? I heard SM has more because it's a larger city. I heard there are more law firms, architecture firms, and ag firms in Santa Maria. Where as SLO has a bit more tech firms.

Is this going to be a continued pattern?

What are some of the largest tech firms in Santa Maria?

I've only been to Santa Maria a few times but I'd be curious to hear from others on this too.... Honestly it seemed like a thoroughly blue-collar city to me so I'm surprised to hear there are many firms there.

My bet would be SLO; it seems like a more thriving city and the university will only continue to draw firms to the area.
