Wow! I came across the site Apartmentratings.com, and was looking at the Apartment ratings for Fresno...so disheartening!!! Cold Landlords, non-helping maintenance staff, no real security (even when claiming they have one), I think almost every apartment review reported car theft/home invasion/vandalism etc., and they don't care if you move out because they get your money for breaking the lease early. Anyone have same feeling for apartments in their own area.

Hi, K.P. -only reason anyone ever gets evicted! They're sweet and helpful until you sign that lease, and then *poof*. You're lucky to ever see them again. Unfortunately, the quality of the building doesn't seem to matter. I hope it's a little better in Fresno than it is here.

I live in an Equity Residental owned apartment in central CA that got SLAMMED on apartmentratings.com. When I googled the name of the complex, I found out they are involved in a class action lawsuit for screwing people when they move out so the negative reviews were well warranted.
