How nice for the rest of us. Frankly, if one is so stupid as to drink and drive (and then get convicted), I am happy that something like this exists.

I'm still waiting, waiting, waiting for them to come up with a Sleepalyzer. Sleep deprived drivers are equal to drunk drivers, and these dangerous drivers are getting away scott-free!

This is how it will work: Aha! You failed the test, it shows you only slept 3 hours last night, so I'm taking your keys away and I'll drive you to the nearest Hotel! You can pay the fine with cash or credit card!

First DUI should require an interlock installation. If you get caught once, chances are you've been driving drunk plenty of times before that.
